Returns Policy

We don't want you to be unhappy with your purchase so if for whatever reason you are any returns must be raised within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Unwanted items must be in original condition, unused and complete with packaging. Simply return the item(s) to the address below along with returns paper work (the invoice you received with your order) and we will handle the rest.

(For International returns - 'RETURNED GOODS' must be marked on the outer packaging of your package to avoid custom charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges.)

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to process your order. We will make every effort to process your return in a timely manner, please be aware this could take up to 14 days.

To unsure our retail prices are kept the lowest in the market unfortunately we don't offer a customer returns service, nor do we reimburse for the cost of sending or returning orders. Please note that the responsibility for returning items falls upon our customers so please ensure that your return is well packaged and tracked.
